Pastor Libby has been in ministry for over 35 years with her husband, Tracy, with ministry experience that spans the globe as pastor, teacher, evangelist and conference speaker.  

Pastor Libby preaches the dynamics of the word in a practical and inspirational manner. Her Jeremiah 1:10 call to the future leaders of this generation is flavored with a strong prophetic thrust.   The Holy Spirit delivers through her a unique blend of power and principle, causing her message to come forth with fire and substance that will both feed you and inspire you.

She is an ordained minister along with her husband, Tracy, under the covering of Apostle Les Bowling and Eagle Rock Covenant Network.  They reside in Morehead, Kentucky, serving as the senior pastors at End-Time Harvest Church.
