Gritty Conference Events
Save the date for April 5-6, 2024
Gritty Conference is an a gathering for youth and young adult women, ages 11-30. This is a power packed event, with praise & worship, drama & dance, prayer, and gospel centered preaching. It is our sole desire that God have his way during these events.
His plan is always plan A! Grandmothers, mothers, pastors, leaders, gather your girls and join us. Let’s partner together to see awakening come to the next generation of women. We know you will leave this conference changed by an encounter with Jesus!

What to Expect
Christ-Centered Community
As part of Gritty Discipleship, we encourage the girls to be active in their local youth groups. We are not intending to take the place of local church’s youth pastors. We are simply an additional resource, coming alongside to help these young women on a daily basis. We have a strong desire to not only see youth and young women set free in a moment with God, but we desire to walk with them through life’s ups and downs.
Christ-Centered Identity
Our desire is to see Christ formed in them so that they know who they are in Christ. It is our mission that they know how to stand and how to fight in the spirit; empowering them for their purpose in Christ, ultimately impacting their generation for the Kingdom.
Christ-Centered Teaching
During our events, gatherings, and online sessions, we do not teach based on our opinions. Our topics of discussion are relevant to where teens and young adults are at in life. We use the word of God to admonish, encourage, exhort, teach, and preach in a way that young women can understand and receive. We teach and practice prayer, daily bible reading, and godly fellowship.
Our Mission

Why Gritty Girls?
Gritty Girls with a Mission (GGWM), now Gritty Ministry, was birthed in 2008. It is an extension of Gritty Women of God which includes girls, aged 12 – 18, and young adults, ages 19 - 30. Our desire with GGWM is to minister to, and train up, young women in lifestyle, impartation, prayer and evangelism. Gritty Ministry encourages and helps vibrant, young women to realize God’s vision and plan for their lives.
Meet Our Ministry Team
Pastor Sheila has always had a passion to see the younger generations be on fire for God and become all that He is calling them to be. Through this extension of GWOG, she is raising up and mentoring the next generation.
