About the Gritty Discipleship 2019
The Gritty Discipleship Program is a nine month commitment to one-on-one discipleship. Each girl will be assigned to an advisor, selected by Pastor Sheila Bowling. During this program, we will be focusing on topics such as: spiritual growth, prayer, building relationships, accountability, life-skills, and community involvement..
The Gritty Discipleship Program is designed for teen girls and young adult women, ages 12-21. This program is for born again Christians, wanting to further their relationship with Christ through intentional discipleship.
Young Women- together growing spiritually, building relationships and a community.
What does it look like
• The Gritty Discipleship program involves interactive live videos, short sermons given by advisors and special guests, follow up assignments pertaining to the sermons, and communication with advisors via phone calls, text messaging, or email. Each girl will receive a username and password, in which you will log into on grittywomen.org. Upon logging in, you will see the videos you are required to watch and write a summary about. The videos will be archived so that you may watch them as many times as you would need or like to. In addition to these videos, you will also log in on our “live” nights and tune into a live and interactive video. Half-way through the Discipleship program, we will have an “Encounter Week” where Pastor Sheila, advisors, and program members will go to a cabin in Logan, Ohio for a time of fellowship and fun. See “Encounter Weekend” for more details.

We will send you a confirmation email upon registration and will continue to be in contact with you throughout the duration of the program, as well as your Pastors and youth leaders. What to expect
• Through much prayer and consideration, we felt impressed to offer something more to our Gritty Girls and our Young Adult Gritty Women. This program is an extension of Gritty Women of God, our vision being to raise up and train our daughters. We are not doing away with our Gritty Conferences (ages 12-21), it is in addition to what God has been doing and is doing in our conferences. We have a strong desire to not only see youth and young women set free in a moment with God, but we desire to walk with you through life’s ups and downs. Our only desire is to see Christ formed in you, that you know who you are in Christ, you know how to stand and you know how to fight; empowering you for your purpose in Christ, ultimately effecting your generation. We simply formed this program because we want to walk with you! We hope that you will join us in this life-changing program.
